Menus and nutrition
Dietitian-planned menus your community will eat.
Every rotation is planned with a registered dietitian to meet the standards your program reports to, and adjusted for the cultures and diets of the people you serve.

Meet our dietitian
Jamie Pittman, MS, RD, CDN
Jamie is a Registered Dietitian and New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University. She has developed menus for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), NYC Food Standards, assisted living and adult day care facilities.
She builds the systems that keep food service organizations compliant with Department of Health regulations, prepares programs for menu audits and DOH reviews, and teaches kitchen teams the nutrition guidelines every menu must meet to stay compliant.
At Regina, Jamie plans every menu rotation with our office and your program, so meals meet your standards and reflect the people you serve.
