Menus
There are many different menus which are available for you to choose from. At Regina Caterers, we work closely with program operators to develop and design menus that meet the nutritional and cultural needs of their clients.
Our staff work closely with nutritionists at the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP ) in Albany, in order to ensure they stay abreast of the latest dietary requirements and new regulations issued by the State Department of Health and the USDA.
Children’s Menu
When it comes to feeding children and young adults, we prepare nutritious lunches, suppers and snacks and are aware of how good nutrition can benefit a student’s performance and behavior at school. Our dieticians are involved in every step of our menu planning and food/ingredient selection process.
Our goal in designing school and after-school menus is to find the right balance between nutritional value and child friendliness.
Adult’s Menu
Regina’s adult clients also benefit from our concern and commitment to serving fresh, high quality nutritious meals. Our menus meet all the nutrition standards set forth by New York City’s Department for the Ageing and the Department of Homeless Services.
Whether at a Senior Center, Community Residence or Homeless Shelter, we make sure that those we feed consume wholesome meals, fruits and snacks on a daily basis.
