Frequently asked questions that we receive from clients and potential clients relating to our services.

Q1. What is the minimum number of meals needed in order to enter into a contract with Regina?
Answer: Around 50

Q2: What areas do you service?
Answer: NYC and Long Island

Q3: How do we pay you?
Answer: We will bill you at the end of each month and payment is expected within 30 days.

Q4: Can you help us become a School Food Authority?
Answer: Yes we can pass you to a consultant who will make the process very smooth for you.

Q5: How do you devise your menus?
Answer: We work closely with our referrals and our Head Dietician to ensure menus are developed that the children or adults in each program will love to eat while following all nutritional guidelines.

Q6: If we need changes to our menu, when do you need to know?
Answer: We prefer 48 hours, but we can often make changes with 24 hours notice.

Q7: Are you a local company?
Answer: We are a New York based, family and minority owned company with 2 kitchens in Brooklyn and 1 in Queens.

Q8: What menus can you provide?
Answer: We provide Regular (non vegetarian), Vegetarian, Allergen Free and Kosher menus.
